About GeoTrac™

Our proprietary software, GeoTrac™, allows our clients who rely on a fleet of vehicles to transport their goods or clients with valuable moveable assets, to monitor their assets thus minimizing the risks associated with their investments, increasing efficiency and productivity, and minimising logistics and manpower costs. Real-time information can help with effective decision making, thus improving your company's performance and reducing overall costs.

Information you choose to give us

For example, most of our services require your login credentials provided by Lead Fortune to track your vehicles in our GeoTrac™ Mobile App platform, so we need to collect a few important details about you, such as: a unique User ID you’d like to go by and a password.

Information we get when you use our Services

When you use our services, we share your company vehicle's location information allocated to you.. Here’s a fuller explanation of the types of information we collect when you use our services:

• Usage Information. We collect information about your activity through our services. For example, we may collect information about:
  • We store your login activity i.e Date/Time when you logged in to our Mobile App.
  • Store the customized settings (For example, Language selector, UI refresh intervals etc.) you have done under your login.
• Device Information. We collect information from and about the devices you use. For example, we collect:
  • Information about your hardware and software, such as the hardware model, operating system version, unique application identifiers, browser type, language

• Enforce our Terms of Service and other usage policies.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. But when we do, we’ll let you know one way or another. Sometimes, we’ll let you know by revising the date at the top of the Privacy Policy that’s available on our website and mobile application.
